Fong Kui Lun is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Bukit Bintang since November 1999. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. Fong has also served as the Treasurer-General of DAP since 1999. He previously served as the Member of Parliament for Klang from October 1990 to April 1995.
