M.Kulasegaran a/l V.Murugeson

M. Kula Segaran s/o V. Murugeson, commonly referred to as Kula, is a Malaysian politician and barrister who has served as the Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Laws and Institutional Reforms since December 2023. He has been the Member of Parliament for Ipoh Barat since March 2004 and previously served as the Minister of Human Resources from May 2018 to February 2020. He is a member and National Vice Chairman of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition.
