Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini binti Ahmad is a Malaysian politician who has served as Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development since December 2023. She has been the Member of Parliament for Parit Sulong since March 2008 and has held various ministerial positions, including Minister of Higher Education and Deputy Minister of Human Resources. She is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. She has also served as the 10th Women Chief of UMNO since June 2018 and was the first female Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee in Malaysian history.
