Aiman Athirah Sabu

Aiman Athirah Sabu, also known as Raj Munni binti Sabu, is a Malaysian politician. She currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government in the Unity Government since December 2023 and as the Member of Parliament for Sepang since November 2022. Prior to her current role, she was the Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development from December 2022 to December 2023 and a Senator from August 2018 to August 2021. Athirah began her political journey with PAS before joining the National Trust Party (AMANAH), where she serves as the 2nd Women Chief since December 2019 and also as the 3rd Women Chief of Pakatan Harapan since September 2021. Throughout her career, she has been involved with various community and non-governmental organizations, including the Oppressed People's Network (JERIT), EMPOWER, and BERSIH. She is also an activist for anti-war movements and protests against rising prices and privatization of services. In the 15th General Election, she won the Sepang parliamentary seat. She was awarded the Commander of the Order of Kinabalu (Datuk) in 2023 and the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong Installation Medal in 2024.
