Ramkarpal Singh is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as the Member of Parliament for Bukit Gelugor since May 2014. He served as the Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Law and Institutional Reforms from December 2022 to December 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He is the son of the late Karpal Singh and has been involved in various legal and political roles.
