Zahari bin Kechik

Zahari bin Kechik is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Jeli since November 2022. He was a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition, until his membership ended on 12 June 2024. He is currently an independent politician. On 8 November 2023, Zahari declared his support for the government and leadership of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. He was also a recipient of the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong Installation Medal in 2024.
