Amir Hamzah Azizan

Amir Hamzah bin Azizan is a Malaysian corporate figure and politician who has been serving as the Minister of Finance II since December 2023. He was also appointed as a Senator in the Dewan Negara on the same day. Prior to his political career, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) from March 2021 to December 2023. With an extensive career in the corporate sector, he has held numerous leadership roles, including CEO of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and various senior positions at Petronas and MISC Berhad. He is the son of the late Tun Azizan Zainul Abidin, former President and CEO of Petronas.
